Lily and Isaac were married on their 5 year anniversary in the garden of Isaacs family home in the stunning rolling hills of Mt Burnett. I LOVED all the personal touches these lovers put into their day, which even included building the outdoor space for the ceremony!! Lilys mum put together all of the flowers for the day (and made the most heartfelt speech! So many tears!) and Isaacs family put so much work into creating the most beautiful spot for their celebration.

Planning your wedding day?! Heres some tips straight from the newly weds Lily and Isaac:

“Our advice for couples is to make all decisions for your special day based on what you both want to do – not what you think is expected, or what others have expressed they want from your day. You will not regret any decision that goes against the grain if it’s what you want – for example, we had our wedding at home rather than a venue, and I did my own makeup, despite some pestering from some of my bridesmaids who were getting theirs done 😉

Another little piece of advice – if you can, and if you’re debating it, get a live band. The atmosphere of our day went from 100% to 1000% once the band started playing – there was something so special about the band playing everyone’s favourite songs and interacting with the crowd, and it was SO special to see everybody on their feet, having an amazing time, all together.”
