I’m so excited to share the story of Libby and Michael’s incredible wedding at The Farm, Yarra Valley. It was pouring with rain all morning (ek!), but the sun came out just in time and it was a seriously unforgettable day (and well slightly muddy)!

Libby arrived in a very cool vintage Volkswagen, with her awesome wedding party in tow. They choose to do a first look, and have the wedding party photos taken before their ceremony, which then meant that they could spend maximum time with their guests after their ceremony (such a great idea!!). Their first look was such a sweet and special moment under a clear umbrella in the drizzling rain.

Once the rain stopped, the sun came out and it turned into the most beautiful day. The ceremony took place in the barn, with two pillars of gorgeous autumn coloured flowers from Thrive Flowers.

After the ceremony Libby, Michael and I snuck away for some quick photos at sunset. We headed to the paddock (and met some very friendly goats) and scored the most magical sunset. Even though Libby’s dress got a little muddy she was so up for the adventure!

Once we got back the party started (with the The Baker Boys bringing the tunes!) and everyone hit the dance floor hard!

I’m just so grateful to be a part of days like these. I really am so lucky to be asked to capture these beautiful moments with such down to earth and fun couples!
